Brian was wonderful. He explained things well. He was a perfect gentleman and very nice . He seemed knowledgeable about the stove and what needed to be done. Unfortunately, the repair would be too costly for such a short warranty, so I've decided to just get another stove

Nice guy and took the time to consult w/second person when he had questions. Very personable. Sadly, we have to wait for parts, so he couldn't complete the (big) job. I'd welcome him to complete the job once the parts arrive.
