BEWARE OF SEARS BUT NOT OF THE TECHNICIANS! We are torn because our technician Gary was wonderful but the Sears Home Services customer service is horrible. We don’t want this review to impact him. Sears Home Services is garbage. There is no number to speak to a live person and it is the most frustrating thing. We got lucky and our part and technician showed up. Will most likely never use it again.

Called for a stovetop repair and the repairman (Mark) arrived same day and dianogosed issue. They were able to replace part the next day. Mark was quick, professional, and friendly. The stove was repaired for reasonable cost and my wife and I are both happy.
