The Sears technician Robert S was phenomenal. He came on time as I requested an early morning appointment and came earlier than expected. He came in right away went to the issue did his diagnostic review and gave me an estimate and went to work on the issue and did the repair. Robert S was very friendly, outgoing and definitely knows his job very well. An exceptional asset to Sears. If I have any furure issues I recommend to send Robert S to do the job right. Five stars and then some!

Our technician was super nice, responsive and informative! He tried one thing to rule it out and when that didn't work, knew exactly what it was. He ordered the part right away and came back a couple days later to put it in. He also told us to contact him directly over the next couple of days if it doesn't work. Great service!
