He did a great job; however, Sears customer service is horrible, because you can't get a live person to talk to. There is only 5 or 6 questions to choose from that didn't come close to me getting an answer. I was at the end of my rope, and was about to cancel when he showed up. He came back today, and completed the job. You need more people like him, and you need to give him a raise, because nowadays people don't want to work. He is a dependable employee. Thumbs up!
