Derrick who came today fixed the washer. However, he was a "no show" on Friday. It took four appointments to get the washer running.You canceled mid morning on two occasions. I will not recommend your repair services.

Very happy with the repair. Washer is smooth and quiet again during the spin cycle. Ronnie was very courteous and customer oriented.
