Robert was great - arrived as scheduled and repaired the icemaker. * On a separate note, I was NOT notified that my scheduled appointment for Friday Dec. 20 was cancelled. ** On a third note on your many emails to ask if I wanted to reschedule or cancel my appointment it would have been nice to have a CONFIRM APPOINTMENT OPTION as a button. Have a great Holiday Season!
