Mark did very well. I was disappointed that A & E / Sears Home Services does not provide the training or the diagnostic rig for GE refrigerators like the GE service technicians have. Having that tool, may have resolved the problem with my unit. He could not find the problem without it. Mark made all the necessary checks that he could do. We used this business, because it was what Assurance provided us with, not what was needed. The unit did not malfunction while he was here, but having the test rig would have probably pinpointed the problem.
