Arrived on time, very professional and polite. Fixed the freezer cleaned up any mess. Took off his shoes when going in and out of the house. It was raining and he made sure he did not track anything in. Great Job! We bought the extended warranty through NEX/Assuring, so there was no extra charge.

He was on time, clean, and quick. He sent the parts ahead to the house, so everything was available. He brought all the tools he needed, and worked on his own. I was very pleased.

Robert was the first repairman out of 3 that came in, fixed the problem & was very efficient. He was polite & acted as though he knew what he was doing. We had 5 scheduled appointments. Each time they were cancelled for no obvious reason. Today we were sent 2 emails. One said July 23. The other said July 30. We waited at least 2 weeks to get our refrigerator repaired even though the parts came in quickly
