Alex (Sears Repair) was on time and quick to diagnose the problem. He identified a huge blockage and ice buildup of ice. He took care of the issues and checked the system for any others. GREAT JOB!!

Techs are great. Dispatch needs to give tighter appt windows like 8-12 instead of all day. Don't let customer wait 6 hours only to be told appt has been rescheduled without contacting them
