Service tech Laver was great! Helped in every way possible. 4 stars due to sears customer service. Parts were supposed to be ordered prior to the first visit. They never were, creating a second visit and wasting the tech’s & my time. Second visit the incorrect part was ordered thus creating a third visit. The third visit my oven glass was fully repaired. Communication from sears could be much improved. Makes me hesitant to keep the home repair program i signed up for if it will take multiple visits each time.

Prompt! Professional! Respectful. Time Management. Checked temps and Fridge but like everything else, the problems resolve before the Pro shows up. I will follow-up if problem returns.

After the first 2, no shows, Walter was great and fixed the problem with little or no interruption. Still do not know why the 2 no shows. Beginning to think this might be a sham. Otherwise it turned out to be a very good experience. Now on the the problem with my refrigerator. Please give me a call to update it/

The service was great. The technician was kind and friendly. The only issue was there was some sediment (grease?) left on the carpet and inside the dryer. I thought it was just dirt and assured him we could just vacuum it up. I did not realize it was going to require a carpet cleaner. I think it will come out, however, still working on it.

So,my technician was super nice,he couldn't fix my microwave because they ordered the wrong part, he did fix my burner but he broke my glass cooktop....

I was disappointed in the lack of communication between the two different technicians that came out. But the technician today did fix my washer. Thanks for that. I wanted to do the add on of cleaning the dryer, which I was told could happen, but the technician today had no information about that so that didn’t happen.

Technician was professional and came on time. Had to order a part, so we scheduled new appointment. Part has been sitting in Illinois for over two weeks. Still haven't heard from Sears Parts Department per conversation with Rep over the phone.
