So,my technician was super nice,he couldn't fix my microwave because they ordered the wrong part, he did fix my burner but he broke my glass cooktop....

I was disappointed in the lack of communication between the two different technicians that came out. But the technician today did fix my washer. Thanks for that. I wanted to do the add on of cleaning the dryer, which I was told could happen, but the technician today had no information about that so that didn’t happen.

Technician was professional and came on time. Had to order a part, so we scheduled new appointment. Part has been sitting in Illinois for over two weeks. Still haven't heard from Sears Parts Department per conversation with Rep over the phone.

It was very difficult to get this service done. It took 4 months for the repair to be completed. The first time Wayne came, he did not complete the job and left without even saying anything to me before going out the door. This whole process has been extremely exhausting for husband and me. The excuse given repeatedly was that parts had not been ordered. There have been all kinds of excuses given and not much courtesy provided throughout this entire event.

The technician who repaired my washer was good. Communication from the company was horrible! Can't get a real person to figure out what is going on. Twice the appointment was changed and we were not notified (Waited for the tech and no one came)

After the parts ordered were installed, I use the dryer and the same problem occurred:”clothes were not properly dried at end of the drying cycle “. The dashboard was showing the following message:”flow sensed”. So, the problem is not solved. Also, the top that was removed to access the drum is showing a big gap as if it wasn’t screwed all the way in. Lastly, the same top is bend. Which wasn’t the case before the technician worked on it. The dryer is brand new. I still need help.

Good morning I wasn't satisfied with how it done on my fridge and it's still not making ice.I didn't sign a payment receipt my signature was forge I would like to take legal action or refund my money back.Thank you

Charged 129 for the service fee. Maytag washer with blocked drain code. I Was told IT needed a new pump and 2 new hoses. He did not even take the hoses off the machine. Quoted $751 for parts and labor which i declined as a new washer is only 800. I came home took the hoses off and pulled 3 Brad nails from the end if the pump which he would have seen had the hose been removed. I put the hoses back on and ran the washer and it works just fine. I find it highly suspect that your service folks do not treat your customers honestly. It's not a good business model and I cannot recommend your company for any service now. Train your techs to do better and not gouge seniors and women. I placed my trust in your company and this was the result.

Update: STILL A SCAM! Emailed the address the company commented and have not heard anything. SCAM! Gary told me the pump in my dishwasher was bad and charged me $438 that day. New pump arrived and he said it was the wrong pump. They wanted $500 just for a pump. So we declined service. I was told I would receive a refund and only be charged for the diagnostic fee. It’s been 5 business days and no refund. Everything is AI and there is no way to get ahold of anyone. None of the numbers work and there is no information online. The location is a planet fitness. BEWARE!!
