He broke off the molding entering the attic and wouldn’t repair stating he isn’t a carpenter even tho he broke it , he closed the valve stating that was the issue rather than installing insulation around the pipe like the Plummer stated, now we have no hot water , the issue wasn’t resolved , also he was to come between 8 - 5 and didn’t arrive until after 7pm , which was unacceptable

Called to have a diagnosis to be able to submit to insurance for the water damage. Payed $130 for them to come out and received nothing that I can submit. Also didn’t even look to see what the problem was to begin with. This company is a scam collecting visit fees.

The technician was pleasant but unskilled at resolving my issue. The problem continued after his visit in which he reported the dishwasher was functioning properly. It was a waste of my money to contract Sears. I have reached out to a different service provider.

I am not at the house, but my wife said to give him a zero because all the guy did was come in do whatever he did, and left some boxes and never said anything. Can we use our washer? I have no clue that being the case, I have to agree, zero.

Absolutely terrible. I believe the company only wants to fix certain problems and made no attempt to fix my HVAC heating unit. After making me wait 3 weeks before coming to check on the unit. I will never use Sears Appliance Repair again....

Your technician assigned never bother to show up. My schedule appointment was 3December/Tue between 8AM- 12PM noon, he never bother to call upon reaching the customer service,, I was told that they move again from 12 noon - 2:00 PM without letting me know. I call again to check the status I was notified that they move again with the different time 2:00PM to 5:00PM guaranteed and upon reaching out A&E/Sears Maintenance Service I was notified that it’s been cancelled and was told to call FAHW Customer care. Very very disappointing, I waited for a total of 8hours for nothing, I even took a day off for this and waisted the whole day for nothing no call/ no message no communication at all. Very very unsatisfactory practice won’t recommend your service at all.

I had a bad experience with this company. The technical arrived at the appropriate time He looks behind the washer and said I can't do anything until you buy a new hose. If you don't want to vuy a hose I can come back after my shift and switchboard washer and dryer so hose can reach. He leaves and text me if he come back after his shift he wants $60.I told him I can't afford an extra $60 when I just paid $75 for service fee. He then ask me what else can I do. I told him he didn't need to come back. He then send electronic text with return date for next day. I called Choice Warranty to complain and ask for my money back since ge never did anything. I was the company that they work with that collect the money upfront, so basically I'm out of $75 and he did nothing. A whole week goes by and I receive a text that a technician will be coming by for the issue that I fixed and they sent the same technician. I told him I fixed the problem and he said okay good beans I'll close the ticket out. I will refuse this company in the future if I need future service for anything.

Clifton is very nice and professional; however, my washer still does not work after he installed the new part. The same issues are present, a leaking washer, it does not spin, and the machine shows an "SE" error message. I now have to request another service repair. Ver disappointed after having to pay to use laundromats for several weeks while awaiting this repair
