Calling Sears was a poor decision. I needed a soap cup dispenser replaced. The part was readily available from several sources on line for about $80. Technicians arrived and quoted me over $600 for the repair including almost $300 for the part. Pretty sure they were dishwasher salesmen not dishwasher repairmen. I ended up paying my $120 penalty for them to just show up and getting the part on line. It was actually a pretty easy do it yourself. Thanks Sears.

this company is a total scam, please god do not give them your money!!! 😭 they stole $800 from a close friend of mine under the guise of fixing a washing machine, said machine is still VERY BROKEN and they’re dodging her calls. the address linked is a damn planet fitness

If there was an option lower than 1 star, we’d give it. Sears misdiagnosed the issue, didn’t show for confirmed appointments, went to a completely wrong address, and arrive 5+ hours late another time. Their customer service is completely managed by an ineffective AI bot and there is no ability to contact a person. When we requested a full refund after over a month of their misdiagnosing the issue and our not being able to use our washer, they agreed. However, the actual amount refunded ended up being partial. We’ve escalated through our credit card and BBB. They provided false information to the credit card company about completing the work but responded to BBB that they’d processed a refund. Highly recommend avoiding this poorly managed company.

He completely suck ….hes been there several times making major mistakes even turning my laundry room literally to a sauna he left some things unattached and is clearly figuring it out as he goes . No way he’s capable of doing this kind of work . I’m beyond disappointed and it left my laundry room dirty. Very disappointing !!!

This has been the worst experience of a repair. I've ever felt, I've had them to come out at least 4 times a scheduled appointment today was the fifth time. The first time they came out and just looked at it and then had to come back then. That person said that when they came no one was home, I had been home all day. The garage door was open the front. Door was open with the stomp. Door again, I had to reschedule again. That person came out, did what they had to do. And it still was not fix. Today was the end of everything. The technician. Mission again said he came out at 2:58. I was home all day with the garage. Door open and the front door opened with the stomach. Door this is ridiculous. I've paid my money of 600 and more dollars. No result have been. You cannot get a live person on the phone asked to talk to a supervisor or manager and no one has contacted me as of yet. I paid the fees the money but my service has not been done. This is the worst experience. I will never never use Sears repair again and I will post on all my social media not to cover Contact or used sears again

We have been trying to get a freezer repaired that is under warranty for 3 years! They keep missing appointments or scheduling the wrong make/model of the fridge so the repair guys can’t order parts. This has been the absolute worst customer experience ever! Do not get a sears warranty! Update: The new scam they are pulling in order to not repair my refrigerator as they have now changed the listed model in my warranty description so that the technician is unable to order parts. Every time I speak with their AI agent she tells me that they have updated the model number however this is not true. This has been the most frustrating process I’ve ever Undertaken just trying to have our freezer repaired. We have lost so much time and even food. Every time I take off work so I can meet the repair person and they just show up and tell me there’s nothing they can do

It took five different technicians before my dryer was finally fixed. The 3rd and 5th technicians were excellent—the one-star rating does **not** reflect their customer service or expertise. The 3rd technician was especially helpful. He thoroughly inspected the dryer, even taking it apart to diagnose the issue. He determined that the motor and belt needed to be replaced, and he also helped clean out lint from inside the dryer. When the 4th technician arrived after the motor was delivered, he insisted that the motor wasn’t the problem at all. He refused to install it and claimed the previous technician was wrong, stating that the issue was actually with the blower assembly. Finally, the 5th technician, Justin, came out. He agreed with the 3rd technician's original assessment—that the motor **was** the issue. He installed all the new parts, and now my dryer is finally running quietly and properly. Additionally, I would like to add that the 4th appointment was originally scheduled but cancelled on the day of the appointment after I had to arrange for someone to be home all day. The appointment window was from 8AM-12PM. The time updated several times throughout the day before being rescheduled for the next day. To make matters worse, there’s no way to speak a human customer service representative as they have switched to AI. Sears really needs to do better.
