Rating of zero due to several no shows, refusal of several service requests over the past 10 weeks. Yesterday's 4th visit with tech named Jovone, still left us with a broken central air system even after he installed a compressor and another tech 9 weeks ago installing a capacitor. Jovone left here with no air blowing at all this time around, and in a rush after cursing a racist comment to my husband and he left in a reckless manner at a high rate of speed in reverse out of our cul-de-sac. UPDATE as of 07/29/2024: We now have another appointment on September 3, 2024. They promise to finish the repair and we would be so thankful if they did to honor the Sears Master Protection Agreement we renewed as of 04/2023 and paid for 5 years which is to cover all repairs at no cost to us. We sincerely hope to not have to pursue a lawsuit for breach of contract. Sincerely, Mr. & Mrs. Glenn Campbell

Several apps were no shows fianaly on the 5th sppt things went well. However, very poor customer service at the other 4 appt nothing was ever mention as far as why there were no shows. I will not recommend to anyone your services.

My washer was scheduled for repair today with the technician coming to my house sometime between 8am to 5pm. No one showed up and I was not notified of a delay. I called the company. My call was answered by an automated message system. Talking to a person to determine a solution is not an option.

He didn't really look at the washer just said he didn't fix leaks, that will need a plumber. He then wanted his payment and that was it. The description of the problem was that the washer leaked when in use but he didn't even try to do anything.

Derrick, the technician that came and put the part in to fix my washer was phenomenal. He did his job expertly and tried to accommodate the job by himself even though his teammate had not put in a note that the job would probably require two people. Other than this, every interaction with this company has been terrible. I had 4 no show appointments, my first appointment that the technician came for was a waste of 2 hours because she ordered the wrong part. The technician that came in after told me it was the wrong part and then ordered the correct one and told me to call him to put in the new part when it came. New part came in and I called him for probably 2 weeks before I gave up. The technician that came in (like 3 weeks after the part finally got to my house) after a missed appointment, finally was able to put the part in and I am still not done because he is going to come back tomorrow with help to put the washer back in the closet correctly. All in all terrible experience, but if you do use this company, I truly hope you get Derrick because he was excellent.
