The Sears technician Jose was very nice. He diagnosed the problem with our dryer (it wasn't working) & fixed it in a timely manner. We were very happy with Sears Appliance Repair service!

Technician - Doug - was on time, very knowledgeable, and serviced the lawn tractor as if it were his own. He let me know what the problem was, corrected it and others, and informed me of some key factors to better maintain the tractor. Great service!!
