Technician (Luis) was good, however, since my problem is intermittent, he wasn't able to do anything since the problem wasn't present during his visit. He did check the fan, temperature, and the general functioning of both ovens. I would like for this trouble ticket to remain open for the next 30 days to see if the problem continues. Thank you.
