Luis from Sears Home Service very efficiently repaired an oven drawer on my new GE Profile range that was delivered with a dent in the bottom of the drawer that was not noticed on the delivery. He very efficiently repaired the drawer and showed me how it automatically closed. He also offered some advice on keeping the glass cooktop protected when not in use and offered to answer any questions I had. I would use Sears Home Services again and would also recommend Luis as the service technician.
