Totally unsatisfied - my scheduled appt was cancelled but the technician marked it complete so now I can’t get the maintenance re-scheduled

I would have posted 5 stars, but it has taken them about 3 months to get our refrigerator fixed and a lot of food thrown away over this period of time. Of course, the Techs and the warranty company are never on the same page. I will never purchase LG products again, that’s for sure. Hopefully, it is fixed this time.

Regenerating an appointment when someone can't get their takes too much time. Had an appointment for July 2. Sears called the same day to tell me the representative can't be here and I had to reschedule. Date they gave me was 15 July. When the rep came it only took a few minutes to identify the problem and fix it. Time wasted for me on 2 July and 15 July because I made arrangements to be home both days.

My experience with Sears Appliance Repair has been favorable. I had approximately six technicians come to my residence to fix my appliance problem. The third visit involved a technician who fixed the under lying problem but put my machine back together horribly. The technician actually left a screwdriver inside the appliance and when i turned it on it made some strange cracking and thumping sounds and shook horribly. The technician also left several screws out of the appliance which caused it to be out of alignment. I had to call and ask for a follow-up appt to show the technician the problems that i discovered. The technician named Gary was dispatched to resolve my appliance issues, and he instantly identified the problems and began to rectify them. He was in disbelief as i was to discover all of the missing screws that were neglected by the previous technician, and the damage the technician caused to my flooring.

Technicians were great! The customer service in China was ridiculous. Fridge died Nov 5th. Part needed ordering. Part got lost and it took 7 weeks of calling customer service in China who parroted thier narrative. I finally went back over my phone and found the number of the technician from the USA who called me before he came and he took care of reordering the part. Fridge is fixed and warranty is now canceled. What a nightmare!
