The repairman was very knowledgeable. He did the job carefully and cleaned up after himself. He even did some extra cleaning on my unit! And he was super nice! He is a man Sears can be proud of!!!

Although our technician was running late, he did reach out to let us know, which was great! Luis was very pleasant friendly, and extremely helpful. He answered all questions and gave us options. Everything was done within an hour. Very pleased with the service.

Needed to troubleshoot and fix a dryer issue, and hopefully learn a things or two in the process, and Derek was absolutely up to the task. He was communicative prior to the service, personable and knowledgeable through the service, and generally a pleasure to be around. I would absolutely work with him again!
