My technician was great. He knew what the issue was before he even got there and it was luckily a pretty simple fix. As for Sears, I'm still waiting for them to send me in detail what the issue was and how everything was fixed. A verbal explanation just ain't gonna cut it in a week, or month, or year.

Luis was an expert start to finish. He replaced the motor in my LG dishwasher. His knowledge with the LG brand was very evident. He was very warm and friendly - unlike many others in his profession. I would request his services for any future repairs give the option.

Luis quickly identified the problem with the leaking dishwasher and ordered the necessary parts. He returned promptly and repaired the leak. He is a very nice, highly skilled professional—the best. I am so glad they sent Luis.
