Scotty arrived on time and went right to work. He had called to let me know I was his next stop. Scotty installed the parts and checked to make sure things worked right. They did. Very respectful. So glad Sears sent a very competent service repairman to my home. Thank you Scotty! All this was done under my home warranty CHW.
