The tech Derrick was great! Professional, expertly replaced and repaired the washer. The company Sears/A&E was terrible. Over a month to finally repair the washer. Several canceled appointments and rescheduling. Took Several complaints to warranty office before Sears responded. Sears rating = 1.5 - 2.0 Stars

He was excellent and professional. The problem was not with the tech. It was with the company.i was told my dryer would be repaired on yesterday. The tech that they sent didn't repair dryers. I have too loads of wet clothes in my home in the dead of winter. I am very disappointed in the company The tech was great.Now I have to wait two weeks for another appointment. This is just messy and inconvenient.
