He was excellent and professional. The problem was not with the tech. It was with the company.i was told my dryer would be repaired on yesterday. The tech that they sent didn't repair dryers. I have too loads of wet clothes in my home in the dead of winter. I am very disappointed in the company The tech was great.Now I have to wait two weeks for another appointment. This is just messy and inconvenient.

I've had the same technician before for another issue, and it was a super positive experience then, and again now. My technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He made short work of the job and we were back in service quickly. It was a very positive experience. Thank you! :)
