Didn't know what was wrong with the machine. Was unable to diagnose. Put the part in anyway and said it probably wouldn't help. Update - its not possible to call the number you provided because there is no way to speak to a human. Ive tried multiple times. And this was after multiple no shows that I have documented with First American Home Warranty.

The technician came to repair my refrigerator. He cleaned out the drain vent and said let it defrost for 24 hours. We did that and we still have the same problem with ice freezing up underneath the trays. We are totally not satisfied with this service. I would give it zero stars if I could

Do not trust this company!!! They sent the repair person who identified a problem with a fuse. He had to order the part and charged me over $400 and ordered the part. Came back 3 days later and could not resolve the issue. He had to request a refund and I have yet to recieve (it has been 2 full weeks). I have attempted to call and can not get ahold of a live agent to resolve. The chat keeps saying sorry for the inconvenience. Where is my money $$$ ?

The scheduling process is terrible. A customer should not have to take off an entire day for an 8am to 5pm. Then i was sent text messages that the appt is moving to 6pm to 8pm. Then send another text saying it's moving to 8pm to 10pm. I'm told that I will get a text at 3pm to let me know if the appt needs to be rescheduled to another day I waited 2 weeks for the appt in the first place. I never received the 3pm text. I texted you back at 4pm to get an update an then tech Anthony called and said he was 20 mins away. The tech said he found 2 wiring problems inside the house units, but blamed some tall grass for the clunking sound from the outside unit. I'm am not sure if the issue is fixed or not! He obviously was rushed and clearly overbooked for appts. Overall, terrible waste of a day!

They charged me almost 300.00 , the technician didn't know what he was doing. The washer is doing things it wasn't doing at first because of the technicians. Initially it was the washer belt came off. The first technician diagnosed it saying it was a bad compasitor , he was trying to reset the controls, . Then a different technician came out to install the part the first guy ordered. The second technician noticed that a piece of clothing was tangled on the washer belt , he removed it so it could rinse and spin. When he left the washer machine stop filling with water and it would wash but with no water. It was a simple fix that turned to my washer not working properly.

I wish I could give a 0. Was used through my home warranty company. March 4, a technician came out and the part was ordered. March 6, my appointment was between 8:00-3:00. I was here all day. At 2:16 I received a text saying the technician came and no one was home. I went to look at the cameras and the technician parked near my neighbors house and walked in my yard, took a picture of my front door and left. March 16, my appointment was 8:00-12:00. I sat here all day. At 4:47 I received a text saying they had staffing issues, so no one showed up. March 25, my appointment was 8:00-12:00. Someone finally showed up at 4:08. I will never use Sears home services again.
