my heat wasn't working they're tech originally sent by the home warranty said he need to get a part then set my appointment waiting for a part 3 weeks ago, sent me constant reminders of the appoint today, after i waited all day, they're tracker keep delay pushing my time from 8:00am to 10:00 am estimated arrival to ultimately estimated arrival 6:45pm then when i was his next stop, I get a notice, estimate accepted, then another notice work order closed, he never showed up, then another email asking for a survey as if the tech completed his work. the man never called , never showed up. i called they're service number its an AI system keep me going in circles, then i got on they're chat finally chat with a real person and he tells me he be happy to set another appointment for me and that there will be another diagnostic fee $129.00 why? you already have the diagnostics and received the part ordered. ( they could have just went down the street to Fergusons and picked up the part on day 1) one day of lost work compared to what they charge equates $800.00 they should reimburse me . they are scammers

I have been without a working washing machine for over two months! They canceled on me twice. They have tried to repair twice. This last time they spent hours replacing parts only to leave the door latch broken. So I still can’t use the machine.

I am disappointed with my recent experience. The technician did not arrive as scheduled, and there was no courtesy call to update us. Instead, we only received separate calls about purchasing additional products, which was frustrating. This led to an entire day wasted and delayed us from getting a much-needed refrigerator. I hope future appointments are handled with better communication and reliability.

this is the second time they have been out to troubleshoot and hopefully repair my A/C unit. The first time there was no troubleshooting done other than a visual inspection. He mentioned that I would have to get a clean and maintain done, which costs more money. Which I paid in hopes that it would fix the issue. It seemed to at the time. However it stopped cooling again. I went out to look at the unit and found a thick coating of frost/ice around the pipe. So I called again for service. This time they no showed. I called again and had it scheduled. This time he comes out and he doesn't troubleshoot either. He then tells me that my coils inside of the furnace need to be cleaned. After some debate about the service he tells me that I can diagnose it using google. He was incredibly condescending and kept stating that he's been doing this for over 30 years. Anyhow he leaves and I get an email from sears stating that the service was completed and the recommendation was a cleaning and maintenance, which is not covered by my home warranty. My A/C still does not work. I use choice home warranty who outsources service calls. If they ever send sears out to my place again I will cancel my warranty policy.

Sears tech Anthony calls After 4 pm. He called and said he was not going to show to do the evaluation because he turned in the first evaluation that he did for the hvac system yesterday that was not turned in 2 weeks ago that he did. We had to cancel a doctor appointment because of this appointment. I was not happy that he didn't call and tell me in the morning that he wasn't coming. They also should have called and canceled this second evaluation because he now turned in his report on what's broken. Anthony twice told me I can't be upset or complain and I have to be professional talking to him. He was busy with other customers and that's why he keep moving my appointment further out during the day and didn't bother to call me and tell me that he was not going to show up. He informed me that as he said the first time he showed up that he was not there to fix anything. He did however say that today he fixed 2 other people's issues from the same original dated appointment. So there parts were ordered. Yet he told me that he got injured and was out on medical leave for a week and that's why my report was never turned in. But he's saying 2 other people from that same original Saturday appointment weeks ago he when and did their repair. He went to their place and fixed there issues. But I can't complain, I'm not allowed to complain and I have to be professional he says. The first 4 times the appointments were scheduled, they never showed up. I keep being told by sears to bad get a new appointment. This has been going on since May. Then when this guy did show up a few weeks ago on a Saturday, he said he was there to do an evaluation and then would turn in a report on Monday. But it may not be till the end of the day because he was going to be busy getting to appointments. Sears is taking my money every month. Yet 5 months later they still have not provided a service. Worst thing is my husband has respiratory issues that have now worse because of this and they are ignoring it still. I have made sure 5 times now that it's noted my husband is now on a breathing machine because they are not showing up. The hvac system is putting lots of dust in the air. The tech said that there is a hole in the system letting all the dust go out thru the vents. It needs a return trunk replacement. Yet with the know medical situation. Sears still is not doing their job. I keep being told when I call, just make another appointment. I have said 3 times I wanted a compliment filed. I doubt it was actually done. Nobody seems to call me back like I asked. I'm told that I am at the top for escalated issues and they are not g oing to do anything.

He was in a rush… excused himself for being abrasive due to the window of time he had before they had to charge the deductible… Left because he didn’t have the part… Came back when he did have the part… Something was done and it’s working, but he didn’t brief me… he just told me he was done and left.

Air conditioning issue is not resolved. technician was in and out in less than 15min. Tried to recall on same day but unable; booked new appointment but don’t feel I should pay second revisit fee.with same issue unresolved. Need to talk to human contact vs rescheduling and paying new deductible; please have someone call me

Can’t call the store. Can’t talk to a human. Can’t just buy a spare part. Store isn’t at address listed. Will never do business with anything Sears again and I’m a former Sears Hardware employee.

Technician was sure it was leak in the main drain without confirming water leaked onto floor. I ran hose into main for 5 minutes straight at full pressure without issue. Washer dryer combo set is not in ideal location and difficult to move out to get behind but explanation was insufficient to the problems we had. He said lid lock harness came loose and fixed it charged $230. Charged me crazy diagnostic fees for each part even though it’s a combo machine. Do not recommend using their service and I never use again.
