I was calling to schedule a washer and dryer repair and after listening to three different spiels about offers and bonuses, I got tired and hung up. They have that one that makes you think you're talking to a human and find out five sentences in that it's a recorded thing to trick you. 🙄

They never turned the paperwork into my warranty company and on the day of my repair they called talking about they don't have the part after two months of me calling and someone saying that the repairman has the part. I dont like this company or Choice Home Warranty. Complete wast of time and money and they do not value the custgomer at all.

Anthony was great, BUT It took five appointments to actually have a tech show up to look at my range. Two of the appointments were rescheduled for the next day at 4:55 pm (5 mins before scheduled time was up) via email without my consent, but when I rescheduled them for when I could be home, no joy again. The original date, July 24,was when I had all of my appliances scheduled; everything was looked at except my range. August 9, 16, 17 were also no-shows for a range tech. Finally on 8/28 got Anthony. I am NOT renewing my Sears Master Protection Agreement, after having it since at least 1999.

I've been without AC since May and yall still haven't fixed my air. This is ridiculous to put someone through this terrible heat and your service tech is unprofessional and terrible at his job. But keep sending the same guy 4 times now. Also took a day off for a set appointment which I didn't even get a call saying your tech wasn't coming. Cost me a whole day pay to sit at the house with a NO SHOW! HOW CAN A COMPANY SO LARGE AND SUCCESSFUL BE SO NEGLIGENT TO PROVIDE SERVICE? ESPECIALLY IN A EMERGENCY SITUATION! WOULD THINK THIS IS A PRIORITY IN THIS HEAT! NEVER WOULD OF THOUGHT SEARS WOULD LET ME DOWN BUT MAYBE GETTING RID OF THAT TECHNICIAN WOULD BE A START. HE HAS NO BUSINESS REPRESENTING A SUCCESSFUL COMPANY AND HE IS CLUELESS! ALL I ASK FOR IS SOME AIR IN THIS HORRIBLE HEAT WAVE! SINCERELY, SYBIL ACEY

Set up visit because my washer wasn’t draining properly on occasion. Decided to go ahead and pay the $119 fee. Promised arrival between 8-12 a couple of days latter. Was told that I would get text messages to advise of arrival. Never did, but did receive some random emails. Arrived late. No effort to apologize. Technician played with machine for a few minutes and made no effort to determine if there was a clogged drain which another technician identified as the issue. Told me it would cost almost 600 bucks to repair (nearly the price of a new washer). Felt like the whole process was an effort to get me to pay for an expensive unnecessary repair. The worse thing was the call the day before the visit which was a sales pitch to get me to pay a ridiculous amount for a service contract on my appliances. For the annual cost of their plan I could buy a new appliance every year. Even if they came out for a repair there would be a large deductible and fee.

Jose, the Technician, was great, but the experience itself was terrible. It’s ridiculous that you can’t speak to a Representative there if you are having an issue. And I had several. And couldn’t speak to anyone. When I finally did reach a person, they were out of the Country, can’t understand them, and they can’t help you. They just send you to the automated again that can’t speak to you. Never again!

Service window was 8am - 12pm and finally received a call at 1:51pm from service tech, Jose, but I had to leave to pick up my daughter from school. He said he had another call in Williamsburg & can come by afterwards & I agreed. Received a call 3:27pm & Jose said he was 20mins away. He arrived & upon reviewing my washer issue said that a water valve needed to be ordered. I wanted to clarify if that was the only part needed and he seemed to have gotten offended as if I was questioning his knowledge. However, I just wanted to make sure that was the only issue with my washer and he said that there are other customers that he needed to service & I was wasting his time with my questions. Wasting his time, I wasted 4hrs awaiting the original time window given of when he was supposed to arrive. He stormed off & said he would send someone else. Extremely dissatisfied with this technician representing Sears Appliance Repair

Had multiple appointments. 2 times the tech assigned to the repair didn't show up or rescheduled the appointment without even calling myself or my wife to fill us in. Also, the window for the arrival time which is 8am to 5pm is ridiculous. I had to take 2 days off of work and a technician didnt even show up. As of today, it has been 6-7 weeks without a microwave and once again we are fighting because the company is saying that the microwave not working is our fault. Can't make this up... One technician that came out, his name was Russell. He was great. 5 Stars for him all the way. As far as Sears Appliance Repair or Sears Home Services go, absolute garbage. Would give zero stars if I could. They are hard to get ahold of. I called the designated number and of course it's just automated with no chance of being transfered to a live representative.
