Mahmood was great. Unfortunately, the parts needed for my Kenmore Gas Range are no longer available. However, your system for time estimation needs improvement - instead of a 9 hour range, you should be able to give the customer a 2-3 hour range.

1st issue ever with our 12 year old Kenmore. Excellent service and excellent response to my washer issues provided by Danny. Very friendly, courteous, and informative. Only 1 spring was broke and one shock absorber were bent but he replaced both springs as well as all 3 shock absorbers and said “you paid for a new set of springs and absorbers so I’m replacing everything”. Great service.
