Tommy did a great job when he came to repair my dryer. He was personable, professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. I appreciated that Tommy was knowledgeable and gave me repair options. I highly recommend Tommy for his technical expertise.

Daniel was knowledgeable, gave good advice after diagnosing the issues with my washer/dryer combo set. However, my experience with Sears Home repair was far from five star treatment. It took three scheduled appointments before a technician arrived. Appointment #1, after waiting home for 7+ hours AI informed me that the technician was on the way, ten minutes later I was informed my appointment had been rescheduled. This was not a pleasant experience!!

Daniel was great, friendly and knowledgeable but with my warranty I waited 6 weeks and had 4 appts overall! This company is awful!! You can only speak through AI and that’s it! We used to get reimbursed for laundramat and they have never responded to me after we spent close to $200 on doing laundry outside of home ! I would never recommend this company and will be canceling my warranty !
