Whirlpool washer repair. Did require multiple trips to fix ( it was an uncommon problem) but they scheduled those returns to my convenience & were quick in responses. I am totally satisfied.

Technician was great. Diagnosed problem quickly and accurately,came back to install new part and showed me why the original part was not working.However communication with this company isa nightmare!
