Jeremy, our repair person, was terrific. The AI-only Sears Customer Service system is frustrating, infuriating and absolutely inexcusable. There is no conceivable excuse except investor / C-Suite greed to not have human beings coordinating repair employees and the customers. It's inexcusable repair people have no human, only an app, to give them any/all information. There is no excuse for customers being able only to access a website or some ridiculous "AI representative" when there are issues. And THERE ARE ISSUES, because the Sears system sucks.

The technicians are kind and work hard, the scheduling is horrible. I wasted 3 days of work. It took a month from the 1st appointment to actually get repaired. 1st appointment Technican came ordered part, 2nd appointment waited 8 to 5, no show (1st wasted day off of work). 3rd appointment technican comes, 1st technician didnt order all parts (wasted appointment and 2nd day off from work). 4th appointment 8 to 12, called at 12 said they would be there at 1:30, called at 3, sorry noone is dispatched at this time, never showed (3rd wasted day off of work). So I really dont know how to rate this, because Daniel was great. Sears repair service was horrible.

Initially, Joshua was super confusing. After going back & forth, I was advised I needed a new washer despite him putting on the new parts. He gave me a refund for everything paid except the diagnostic fee., which was only right especially since the 1st technician didn't do his job. The 1st technician ordered parts & told me it could be fixed. One thing that annoys me to no end is to get 2 conflicting diagnosis because it's a waste of time. Evaluate & diagnosis correctly the 1st time. Now I'm waiting AGAIN to get to the store to purchase another washer. I don't appreciate ANYONE wasting my time!!!

Technician came and replaced broken ice maker. There was quite a bit of ice build up inside and I had to take everything out my fridge so it would thaw because the tech didn’t have his little magical heater tool. I had to buy six bags of ice and put all my refrigerator items in coolers. It was 70 degrees inside the fridge and I couldn’t figure out why the ice build up was not thawing. Come to find out the tech never turned the ice maker off so it would help thaw.

Technician did not investigate the problem with the washer and only cleaned a filter the first time he came out. Had to wait 2 weeks for a new appointment to come out and fix the part that was broken the whole time. He should have investigated and fixed it the first time! Very Inconvenient
