Our actual repairman was great, the communications with the customer disservice group was awful. Five of the required six parts were delivered within 5 days. The sixth part was not even placed on order until 30 days later, which arrived within 4 days of the actual order date. Repeated calls about the missing part was falling on deaf ears. I asked if the part could be expedited and was told they did not do that. Finaly after I found the exact part on-line and called about the part I was informed they had just placed the part on order - 30 days later. Communications was just one complete circle getting nowhere. The customer service department needs to be moved stateside.
