Daniel was so professional and knowledgeable. He has serviced our appliances in the past. He was able to diagnose the issue with our dryer in a matter of minutes and resolve the issue quickly. I truly appreciate the we have the extended warranty as it saves us hundreds od dollars in repair costs. Daniel was very friendly. He knew what he was doing and took little time to definitively diagnose the problem. His explanation was simple to understand but very thorough. Unfortunately for me, the problem was not the washer, so he could not repair it.
