The technicians did a great job troubleshooting and finding a solution to a very challenging problem. The parts that were ordered for the dishwasher repair were repeatedly not working. The pump was replaced 5 times before they finally got a working part. The humans that helped with this process were professional and hard working and determined to find a solution. The AI system the company uses for scheduling and logistics of parts is not user friendly. Because of this it took about 3-4 months before my machine was fixed and working.

Tech was great and was able to make the repair on our dryer fairly quickly. Through no fault of his, this repair has been on and off for a month and a half. I rated the pricing as “overpriced” because of all the frustration and wasting my time in dealing with AI and not being able to speak with anyone about my concerns.
