Polite. I did not request repair, but that is how AI categorized my call. I requested cleaning of refrigerator coils. Had requested same service every two years. Evidently previous to Abdul, noone realized it was clogged with debris and dust.. Abdul helped me to see it was a hopeless mess and after over 30 years I needed a new refrigerator. Got it the very same day after Abdul's visit! God is good!
