My Sears Appliance Repair technician, Abdul, was friendly, efficient, and effective. He asked for an old towel to help protect the hardwood floor around my refrigerator while he worked on the ice maker, which I appreciated.

Tech was great and was able to make the repair on our dryer fairly quickly. Through no fault of his, this repair has been on and off for a month and a half. I rated the pricing as “overpriced” because of all the frustration and wasting my time in dealing with AI and not being able to speak with anyone about my concerns.
