Súper quick diagnostic of a dryer issue. Unfortunately there was too much wrong financially to save the dryer.

Our tech and the live person (Cindy) I spoke with were GREAT: efficient and very helpful. The automated "assistants" were not. On the first visit Daniel had to order 2 parts which were delivered to my house within a few days. However, the tracking app for one of the parts did not show "Delivered" so the automated assistant scheduled, canceled and reschedule for over a month. This caused a lot of inconvenience. Finally, Cindy called and got things straightened out. There was no way to contact Sears Home Service to address this.
