He kept in touch with me on his arrival time, and when he arrived, he checked out my washer, took pictures of what was going on with it did everything he could to try to find the model number which neither one of us could find and determine that the age and the problem was not worth trying to continue to repair in my opinion so I will be getting a new washer machine. I appreciate his honesty and thoroughness on show me what was going on.
