Daniel L, check the washer out and explain the issue of not having all the parts sent to repair the washer. He took his time giving and explanation and the main part the gear box was not sent. After explaining to the insurance company what was needed and what was missing they came to a conclusion to replace the product.

The Technician came out first thing in the morning @ 8am (They gave me a time period of 8am-5pm) so I was glad to get it out of the way. He gave me good advice on how to handle my AC on really hot days. I appreciate the help! Thank you so much.
