Daniel with Sears Appliance Repair contacted us prior to arrival. He had a very professional appearance and worked very efficiently. He quickly disassembled the dryer, covered my service options in detail, offed the service plan and then quickly repaired the dryer, cleaning up the work area prior to departing. I highly recommend Daniel to anyone.

The technician called the morning of the appointment to let me know approximately what time he would arrive. He arrived promptly and was very polite. He was very knowledgeable about my washing machine and had it repaired in a very short time. I have washed several loads of laundry and it is working perfectly. I would definetly recommend Sears Appliance Repair again if I have any further problems with my appliances. I am very pleased with my overall experience with Sears. I had no issues during this whole process. Thank you
