The technician called the morning of the appointment to let me know approximately what time he would arrive. He arrived promptly and was very polite. He was very knowledgeable about my washing machine and had it repaired in a very short time. I have washed several loads of laundry and it is working perfectly. I would definetly recommend Sears Appliance Repair again if I have any further problems with my appliances. I am very pleased with my overall experience with Sears. I had no issues during this whole process. Thank you

I gave him five stars because he found out what the problem was. I couldn't figure out why water was running down in my freezer and refreezing so I thank him very much and he deserved those five stars 100%. Thank you very much!
