I'M greatful for the level of professionalism I was presented with this morning. The tech called 25mins before his arrival. Identified himself over the phone.His name is Jeremy, I greeted him at the front door where he immediately Identified himself and made me aware he has a trainee shadowing him,and introduced him as well.I let him know that the parts had arrived and the stove was pulled out for easy access. The guys went straight to work, Identified the problem, removed and replaced damaged parts.They are respectful and courteous. The level of satisfaction for this experience is greatly appreciated. Thank you for allowing me to voice my opinion on today's service.

Súper quick diagnostic of a dryer issue. Unfortunately there was too much wrong financially to save the dryer.

Our tech and the live person (Cindy) I spoke with were GREAT: efficient and very helpful. The automated "assistants" were not. On the first visit Daniel had to order 2 parts which were delivered to my house within a few days. However, the tracking app for one of the parts did not show "Delivered" so the automated assistant scheduled, canceled and reschedule for over a month. This caused a lot of inconvenience. Finally, Cindy called and got things straightened out. There was no way to contact Sears Home Service to address this.
