Daniel was very friendly. He knew what he was doing and took little time to definitively diagnose the problem. His explanation was simple to understand but very thorough. Unfortunately for me, the problem was not the washer, so he could not repair it.

The technicians were awesome. The window for them to arrive is 8 hours which is unreasonable. Its basically an entire day. Working people have to take a day off or you're home wasting time.
