My appliance repair went great. My only complaint would be I was not given a choice on the date and the timeframe spanned the entire day! Albert the technician was great!

Gentlemen was very knowledgeable and went directly into trouble shooting after the first problem didn't resolve. Great guy. Sears charges way to much for the service.
