The technician was rude.He accused me of removing the arm off the ice machine, Ask me why I wait a month to report it, said I was trying to get a new refrigerator.he said I'm not going to waste anymore of your time, I'm leaving..

Service Rep showed did not stay 5 minutes. Told us that we have to pay for the service and we have a service policy with Lowes Appliance Protection. He said it was probably the compresor and he had one on the truck but he left. Worse service ever.

Incomplete. The first time we turned on the appliance after the service visit it started making a noise it has never made before. Sears Home Services needs to come out and fix whatever it did to cause the noise. I’d attach a video but this only allows me to attach photos, which don’t tell the story. When the work’s complete and everything works the way it’s supposed to we can revisit the rating.
