Arrived during scheduled window. Provided quick diagnostic and explained warranty options and service pricing. Diagnostic price was reasonable, but repair price was extremely high for ice maker fan.

Time was from 8am to 5pm He was pleasant and nice. Told me what was needed quickly. However, he came at 4:30pm Would have liked for him to get to my house earlier. Had to sit at home all day waiting. Thank you

Appliance repair persons always get the appliances in order, working well. It seems that the communications software was back and forth with appointments past coming up for future selections. Overall I’m satisfied today. Thank you!

The technician was 5 stars all the way. Sears service process isn't. An automated call from Sears provides there phone number, telling you to call them and confirm parts are in. Why not simply ask if the parts are in when Sears calls, or "press 1" if parts are in, "press 2" if not. Did they ever beta test this system?

Very angry. Not with the technician, the technician was fine. However, when a business gives a customer a window of arrival between 8am and 12pm that is when I expect the technician to arrive. The technician arriving after 230pm, is unacceptable. Your technicians need to show up at the appropriate time. Showing up after is a major inconvenience to your customers.
