My Tech was Joey G. He was very professional. I understood what he was tell me the problem with my washer. Kudos to Joey. I would recommend and outstanding award for him. My washer was not repaired. Nothing on Joey part. Communication on the other end with parts. I am not happy with Sears overall service. I am very frustrated. Because I could not talk to a live person. Every time I called I was switch over to a automatic service. If had to rate customer services 1-5. 5 being good. My rating would be 1 (very poor) services. One of my service day the tech didn't show up. My day was a waste because I took the day off. Got a text that morning with a window 8am-4:30pm. At 4:30pm got a text telling me that I need to reschedule, I should have gotten a phone call. That is unacceptable.

The initial appointment was quick and easy to schedule. Sears was one of a few companies offering service in my small rural community. The tech arrived as scheduled. Diagnosis was completed and the faulty part was identified and ordered. The tech was friendly and interacted well with me. He returned a week later to install the part. Everything proceeded well despite the replacement part requiring a modification to fit. A problem occurred during the final reassembly. There was a part left over! The tech was unable to determine where it belonged. After some effort, he said, "It's probably not needed". I said that was not acceptable and suggested that he contact LG tech assistance. He said something that I didn't hear and went to his truck. Then, much to my surprise, he simply drove away! My refrigerator is running and the left-over part is sitting on my counter. I don't know how the refrigerator's operation is affected but I'm certain that LG didn't include this part for no reason. This is an unacceptable conclusion for a repair that cost me $497. I immediately called Sears. After a very difficult time finding a live representative, I filed a complaint. Sears' response is pending. Needless to say, I don't want the same tech again.

Technician never arrived. Service was not provided. Service order placed in June 2024. This is completely unacceptable. In fact the technician reported that he had replaced parts and fixed the machine. Total fabrication.!!!! I only give a one star because that's as low as this site will allow.
