Totally dissatisfy
The technician named Jose broke the display board while trying to fix the dashboard. He left without showing me and I wouldn't want him to be the one to return to fix it. The display works but the whole dashboard is completely loose from the machine.

Didn't fix
Dishwasher still letting water into Dishwasher when the dishwasher is off and pump runs to drain with dishwasher is off. 2nd attempt to fix over a month.

Range oven finally repaired
It took 4 weeks for your company to compete the service request with numerous cancelations from your company with no notice. A couple of no call, no show ups. Unable to speak to anyone personally when cancelations occurred or rescheduled. The tech was fine when he showed up. Not great customer service.

Not Very Friendly
This Guy did not want to work. It was a raining and humid day & because of this he said he would not get an accurate assessment of the issue in question. He was rude and did not resolve my issues. My air is still not working properly.
