Still not working
Not working , we have the tex came out to my address at 391 lees mill drive about four times and the problem is still the same

2x No-show during scheduled times
Jose came to fix our dryer. Within 48 hrs of him leaving, the problem returned. I asked Sears to come back and the appointment took weeks for the return. Jose was scheduled for 1-5pm. Every hr the website kept pushing back the time, all the way to 9:45pm, without ever notifying me via text or call. At 10pm, I got a text rescheduling me for another two weeks out! For the final appointment, Jose was again scheduled for 1-5pm. At 4:51, Jose called and said he was 5 mins away. We waited until 5:05 and then left for a family dinner when he didn't show. I tried to call at 5:01 and left a message. Then he closed the work order saying that I cancelled because he arrived at 5:01, not within the appointment time. I have already paid for this appointment. Terrible service!

Horrible Service
I will never use Sears again. Incompetent technicians, lousy customer service, long wait times to talk to customer service, slow processing times for refunds, the technicians are constantly late, no contact from Sears on delays...Sears Home Repair stinks

Poor Service
The tech would not perform pressure check because he stated he did not have enough time because he had to get to his next appointment. Additionally, the tech did identify several thermostat wires entering the condenser unit outside had no insulation but the tech stated he was not allowed by Sears to repair any wiring. The tech was on scene less than 30 minutes.

Problem persists
The technician replaced the door latch sensor on my Whirlpool washer as was indicated by the error codes. The problem has not been resolved. It has been since 8 Jan 24 and I still do not have a functional washer. Frustrated customer!
