Derrick was excellent. He arrived shortly after he called, he was able to assess the issue quickly n provided a resolution asap. As for sear customer service, it is severely lacking in communication to customer n addresses their issues. Very sad that they can call to ask customer to buy a warranty package but customers r not able to speak to anyone to address their issues.

I really appreciated the well mannered professionalism of this individual. He was clearly knowledgeable and at the same time affable. He was also great about making sure he didn't scratch the surface of my appliances and was careful as to other surrounding appliances. Thank you so much!
