Ac repair
Unfortunately my appointment showed that the tech would be here between 8-12 then it said 12:30 then 1:17 . My husband left work early to be here by 12 and the tech arrived after 3:30. Then to only find out that my unit cannot be serviced by your company due to multiple issues. Not a happy customer.

Dishwasher repair
Multiple no-show appointments without a phone call. Technician seemed to have little knowledge about the dishwasher and replaced the same parts more than once.

Unhappy Customer
The technician states there's nothing wrong with the system, if the system is not cooling and you have to top off antifreeze, in order for it to work then there is something wrong with the system, and I'm no technician. It sees he gets very irritated if you ask him a questions. I told him we have the same problem usually twice a year where they have to add antifreeze. I told him I will be discussing this with the warranty company.

Disappointed
Since my dishwasher claim of over a month ago, two separate technicians have come out a total of four times. The last visit was yesterday when we had Luis, who also came out the first time. He misdiagnosed the problem the first time and ordered parts that had nothing to do with the heated drying problem I had. The second technician came out about 2 weeks later and sent those parts back and ordered a new heating element, saying the first technician didn't check things out correctly. A week later he came back and installed the element and started the dishwasher on the cycle with heated dry, but didn't stay around long enough to see if it worked, which it didn't. Yesterday, Luis came back and criticized the other technician, saying he should have checked something, but obviously didn't. He started the cycle and left early, but when the cycle finished it still didn't work. I asked Luis what would need to be done to fix it and he said probably tearing it apart, but he apparently didn't have time to do it. In addition to all this, the communication through emails and robotic phone calls has caused two of my appointments to be cancelled and rescheduled for another date -- AFTER I waited around for hours for the technician to arrive. I am totally frustrated by this experience.

Washer repair
Very dissatisfied with appointments getting rescheduled multiple times. This repair started back in mid July and recently got resolved(I hope). There is no customer service number to actually talk with a representative. Took several visits to fix washer. The last visit I was told it needed a pump for washer and it did not apparently. The two gentlemen took the pump with them, but yet I received a receipt stating that the pump was replaced for my washer. Seems like there is no consideration for the customers time! I am ready to cancel this contract as soon as possible.

Kinda rude, didn't really enjoy the 5 minute experience. Says it's user error , maybe it was.. (but he couldn't fully check machine do to " company policy") I get it's the end of the day and you see a lot of things that may seem silly, but it was just an unpleasant experience for us.

Washer Not Turning On
The technician did not take the time to make sure the washer turned on before and after the repair was completed. They stated that they had completed the repair but did not turn on the washer to check to see if it was properly done.
