He was super nice and efficient. Would be 5 stars if we didn't wait all day for arrival and then found out appointment was canceled. Rescheduled for a week later, changed to 2 days later, then waited all day again and arrival was after 430pm. Scheduling could be alot better. Wasted 2 whole days waiting for technician.

The intial interaction with my assigned technician Anthony was fine. He was respectful and straightforward and even put on slips to ensure he didn't track dirt in the house which I appreciate. He identified issue and said he needed to go buy the part and would return in a couple hours. When he returned, he went to install the part but when he finished, his dimeanor was very rude. He had told me that the issue was fixed and that he was leaving, but I told him I still didn't feel any heat nor did I hear it come on. He kept insisting that he was confident in the job he did and that it was finished and that he was leaving. He said that if I'm still having issues then there's another problem and that I would have to submit another work order (which I didn't understand given he is the technician and was there). He then rudely asked me to come out back where he was working and feel that the pipe on the furnace was hot signifying that the heat was working. I then told him I understand that but I'm still not feeling any heat come on in the house. Then he said blessing in Jesus and left. Although the heat did eventually come on, I did not appreciate his tone and his willingness to leave without thoroughly ensuring everything was working properly inside and outside the house. I'm not sure if he was in a hurry to get somewhere else or not but it definitely showed. Although the job is done, how he communicated was very important to me and I did not feel respected as a customer during the later half of his visit. Not to mention, I got an email saying I signed something I never signed with a picture of a signature that's not mine which I believe is illegal…

Derrick was professional and friendly. He took his time trying to assess the leaking on the left front of washing machine. We ran a full load through several sections of the wash-spin cycle, but not the rinse cycle. No leak noticeable. However, after he left I ran a full cycle, including rinse, of the items we used to evaluate the washer. The leak is still happening.

Nothing accomplished still have the same problem as beforehand I'm not pleased with the services that I'm getting.

Refrigerator still does not work. Initial work order 11 Nov 23. Tech came out said we needed a part. Part ordered, installed but refrigerator not working properly again. Would like someone to come today or tomorrow.

Repair was completed and issue was resolved. But the water line was not secured and caused a leak to occur around the refrigerator and under the tiles.

Hampton, VAAir Conditioner is still not working
The technician came out on 7/8, he said the unit was too hot to repair and said he would return later when it was cooler. He returned in the afternoon and worked on the outside unit for approx. 20 minutes then said it was fixed. There was some cool air blowing from the vents but after 2 hours the fan had stopped blowing and the compressor was hot. So the system is still not working.
